An Even Rainier Day and More Walk to Queen’s

I don’t have any pictures of the rain today, but trust me, it’s WET!  Right now it’s 7 degrees and pouring, but by 10pm tonight it will feel like -11 and all this wet will turn to ice.  Tomorrow may be quite nasty.   Then it looks like it’s going to stay cold from now on–not bitterly so, but enough to keep me inside.   The snow is almost all gone now, but it sounds like that will change shortly.

Anyway, here are some pics from my very pleasant walk to Queen’s on Thursday.

I showed Sydenham School not that long ago, but it was a side view.

I’ve always liked this old apartment buildings.  You see very few of these in Kingston.  Apartments are either in more modern apartment buildings, or in houses.

A couple of modernized houses on Skeleton Park.  I quite like them both.

Remnants of a garden growing out of a log at the bottom of the Patrick St. hill.

Wish me luck now that the real winter is coming.
